The Society of the Catholic Apostolate operates through a clear fourfold hierarchy: the General Administration in Rome at the top, followed by Provinces and Regions across the world, Delegature, and finally Local Communities where Pallottines live and work daily. The General Administration is elected every six years by the General Assembly.
Headquartered in Rome. Led by the Rector General and four Councillors, elected every six years.

The Rector General leads the entire Society of the Catholic Apostolate worldwide, overseeing the General Council and representing the Society before the Holy See. He is assisted by four General Councillors, the Procurator General, the Secretary General, and the General Bursar.

The Provincial Rector coordinates the life and apostolic activity of all Pallottine communities in Nigeria, oversees personnel decisions, and is responsible for the spiritual and communal life of all members of the Province.
